I woke up around 7 o'clock, kinda hoping I would fall back to sleep, but nope, just didn't happened! So I got dressed and went downstairs, and as I entered the living room I got a screaming Happy Birthday from my wonderful family!
Dan and Mari gave me half of my birthday present from them - granola, so Alden and I sat down and had that for breakfast!
When we were done I read a bunch of ''Happy Birthday'' from friends in Denmark - the great thing about having birthday in the States, is that they're six hours ahead in DK, so they had already messaged me a bunch of Birthday Wishes! Also people have been telling me all day that they've send me letters and presents, but since it's a long way from Denmark to Maine, it takes a while for it to get here, soI've still got plenty to look forward to!
Anyway, after breakfast I started opening my cards and presents!

I talked to my parents and sister over skype and then Becky took the boys with her, and Dan, Mari and I went out to lunch! It was pretty good! And after lunch we went back and Dan and Mari took a nap, while I listened to music looked at some music at iTunes, and watched an episode of Bones, and a little bit of Ellen Degeneres before Emilie called me and I talked with her for a bit.
And the clock turned six, and we went out to dinner! It was really nice! The waiters was really friendly, the food was great, and there was live music reminding me of Paris!
So all in all it was a pretty nice birthday! The best American one I've ever had!
Kickstart with Kathleen and Derek last night, cards and presents from Denmark, birthday songs from friends, lunch and dinner with my great American family, and birthday wishes from friends and family in both Denmark and America!
Thanks to all for remembering! To Mom, Dad, Sister, The Eosco's, The Dudzic's, Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles, Gaga and Buba, and friends in DK for cards and presents! You guys are the best! Love ya!
