Funtown Weekend

Another weekend passed, only 16 school days left before graduation now....
Friday I went on a Field Trip with the chorus. First we went to sing in front of three judges. We sang three songs, and then each judge told us what we did good, what we should do more, and what we should do better. After that we all drove to Funtown, which is an amusement park in Maine. Dori dragged me up in crazy towers that you drop down from, and a huge, very questionable roller coaster. But it was all a lot of fun! There are a lot of pictures from that trip, if ya'll wanna see them, please go to my facebook page, under the album ''Stars and Stribes''.

Saturday the weather was amazing, I wanna say +80 degrees. The boys and I had a water fight in the garden, and we grilled for dinner. Then Mari, Dan and I went to the movies. Well first we went around different places. We picked up Thai food, we went to Sears, to TJ Maxx, I got a pair of shoes for Prom. And then we went to the movies, to see Avengers. It was a good movie. Very long, and with a lot of American jokes and super hero references that I didn't understand. But oh well.

Sunday we -by we, I mean mostly Dan- sat u bunk beds in the Alden's room, and both the boys were very excited about it!
For dinner all of the family came over for Thai food, in the occasion of Art's birthday and mothers day. Mari and I were dying with all the Thai food in the fridge that we couldn't eat. It was so yummy!

Also I should tell you that I finally found my prom dress. It's short, black with  peacock pattern on the side. And I love it. Mari had gone downtown on Thursday to see if they had anything, and told me later that they had some stuff at Bohemian Rose. So I went down there, found the Peacock, and it turns out Mari had fallen in love with the same dress when she was there. I got, and we were both pretty excited about it. One week left, and I think I'm finally ready for it.

This week I have four games, today, tomorrow, Wednesday and Friday, though it looks like rain, so we'll see what happens.
